My Favorite Hilton Head Island Restaurants

When buyers come to Hilton Head Island in search of real estate, I often get asked what are some of my favorite restaurants on Hilton Head Island. There are so many restaurants on Hilton Head to choose from but I do like these: Red Fish, 8 Archer Road (faces Palmetto Bay Road, one mile from Sea Pines Circle) 843-686-363388. Red Fish specializes in beautifully prepared seafood and steaks. They also have a 1000 plus bottle selection of wines. Don’t miss the live jazz on Wednesdays! Ombra Cucina Rustica, 1000 William Hilton Parkway (located in the Village at Wexford) 843-842-5505. Ombra is Hilton Head’s best Italian restaurant. They have fresh fish, pasta and an eclectic selection of Italian wine. Reservations recommended. Others I like are Charlie’s L’etoile Verte on 8 New Orleans Road. 843-785-9277. Charlie’s is a family owned and operated French restaurant specializing in fresh seafood (the flounder and scallops are awesome), lamb and steak. Reservations recommended.
