Rose Hill Plantation is one of the largest communities in the Bluffton area with 2,000 acres divided between the Golf side and the Estate side of the plantation. On the golf side is a country club, 18-hole golf course, a new tennis facility, and community pool. On the estate side, home sites are generally between one and four acres, several with stables and pastures or nestled along the Colleton River. Horse trails meander through the community, and the estate side is also home to an equestrian facility, active polo field which hosts matches several times a year, another community pool, tennis courts, dock and a waterfront pavilion and venue for special events.
